What is An Idiot’s Guide to Wine, and what can I expect?
An Idiot’s Guide to Wine is an evening of comedy, non-stop laughter and wine tasting where guests sample six wine varietals from around the world while enjoying a stand-up show written by Australian comedian Merrick Watts. Blending humor with approachable wine education, the experience is perfect for both seasoned connoisseurs and total beginners, proving that learning about wine doesn’t have to be dry.

No, the show will be performed by a comedian hand-selected by Merrick Watts.
How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 70 minutes.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages during the experience. Participants must be 21+ years of age in [US city] / 18+ years of age in [other cities].
Alcohol consumption is voluntary. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for an additional fee, not included in the ticket price.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
What language is the show in?
The show is presented in English.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket as it will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private or large group sessions, please click here. Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR Code ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome at the event with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight-impaired
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement

What do I do if I accidentally leave any of my belongings behind at the venue?
If you leave behind any of your belongings at the event you should phone the venue or drop by to see if your item has been found.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are not allowed to record the experience. If this rule is not followed, or if any videos taken are not deleted when requested, guests may be asked to leave.
